Ok, I haven't start playing ToB yet. But I've the CD and is ready to play it few days later. I just need to know, after installing ToB, is the XPcap removed from the original BGII ??

The XPCap is not removed, but it is higher than in the original BG2: SoA, but if you have an XPCap remover on from SoA, the max will now be the one from ToB.
