If I can remember correctly, the Nymph's Tear is in the old castle like place where you find the Fire Giant's Mom. It is on the first level, toward the right, under some crap. I think.

I could have sworn the nymph's tear was in the forest on the way to the Fire Giant Lair?

At least we know for sure that it is with the Fire Giants somewhere

Nymph's tear is for another artifact, Bard's Gloves require various gems, probably a King's Tear instead of a Nymph's, and some sapphires and emeralds.

They I think gives you +1 spell from lvl 1-4 and they are fashionable!
