Is Thrown of Bhaal and Shadows of Amn, two seperate areas?
Will I be able to access(travel to)the areas in SOA, while playing through the TOB campaign? |

No they are two seperate areas. Once you move on to TOB you can't go back to the SOA areas. Watchers keep is accessible from both maps however.
