What exactly are the global variables supposed to be for the viconia romance, because I've had her in my party for awhile with no talks?

Now, I have absolutely NO idea how to manipulate these, but here are the two Global Variables that seem to matter for it.
VICONIAROMANCEACTIVE: Needs to be 1, even with no banters yet. VICONIAROMANCE: Followed by a ton of numbers, none of which I know how to manipulate. She does take quite awhile to talk. I'm on LT #4 or 5 with Jaheira, and she's only just had her first. |

VICONIAMATCH and CHECKVICONIAMATCH need to be set to 1, also.

The values are all 1, which I thought was right, and the viconiaromance value is 5635205. I hit pause and left the game on last night but when i checked it today nothing happened. Here's a little background information if that helps, I'm a human skald, I didnt imediatly except Viconia in my party after I rescued her.
