Help with resurrection - POSSIBLE SPOILERS

Hi all, I have run into a very annoying problem...and could really use some help...

I had just returned from the Underdark when I was asked to see Inspector Brega who asked me to dispose of the Shadow Thieves. I have a four person party (PC, Saeritleth, Imoen and a Ninja). In the end, I was down to my PC and Saerileth as I did not resurrect anyone b/c my rod had but one charge remaining. Once I had left the Shadow Thieves home I made for a temple to bring back Imoen and my ninja. Well, they were resurrected, but it is almost as if they are turned to stone or something. They show up on the side of the screeen, have the green circle, but I can not control them. If I try to move my party they stay there. I have tried Greater Restoration, Stone to Flesh and everything else I can think of including rehealing them etc...all to no avail. I really would like to get them back but am at a loss on how to do so. The only other option I can think of is loading a previous game and doing the battle over (a battle which took a few hours to finish).

Anyway, thanks in advance to all who might know what I should do..l

How about kicking them out and re-recruiting them?

Have you tried recharging your rod by selling/rebuying and using it instead of temple?

I tried resurrecting them both through a temple and a recharged rod. I have also tried talking to them. I have not however tried kicking them out and talking to them. I will try that now!

No such luck...they look ilke they are turned to stone and are like a shadow...with no movement...

Yeah, I am patched, Baldurdashed etc...

I decided to move on to a new challenge and will go back and take on the Shadow Thieves a little later.
