I have TotSC as well.

I can't remember which MOD links all of the games together. Is it Tutu? Or is it BG Trilogy? Or is it something else?

Please LMK what I need to download to have the most complete Baldur's Gate experience.

TIA

You need BGTutu for the conversion of BG1 to the BG2 engine.

Follow the readme instructions to the letter, and also grab the fixpack (on the right-hand side of the above page).

There are plenty of tutu mods you can download from http://www.gibberlings3.net if you so desire.

I have a feeling that once you have savegames in Tutu format you can no longer load them in the original BG1.

you need to start a new game for tutu to work anyway.
what you want is BGT. I'm not sure if this is an old link, but I've had this 1 in my favorites for a while:
http://iegmc.mirror.intermedia.com.sg/bgt/
download the big file and the patch and follow the directions. I'm not sure if this is an old version, however.

Yeah, Tutu does not link the games together.

Correct, Tutu does not link the games together.

Note that there are two version of BGT. The [old] version is the one linked to above, and there are several patches needed as well. I'd also say that it's still somewhat buggy. It's also quite large (upwards of 600MB).

If instead you go to http://iegmc.mirror.intermedia.com.sg/bgt-weidu , there is a link to the weidu version of the mod (which is still in Beta). It therefore does obviously have bugs, but no worse really than the original BGT. Too, it's 7MB.

Note that as of now, BGT-weidu does not work in the Win9x kernel (Win 95, 98, or ME), only in Win 2k and XP. This is currently the subject of extreme scrutiny.

For mroe info, go to the forums at http://www.spellholdstudios.net . The forum that you want is BP+Baldur's Gate Trilogy, under the "Completed Mods" section.

Note that you can also try Tutu, which will allow you to play BG1 in the BG2 engine. It's less buggy than any of the above, but is designed specifically to allow the playing of BG1- not to link the games together.
