Need Help regarding final battle [SPOILERS WANTED]

[spoilers regarding the final battle in ToB]

I have just finished killing the five, returned to my planar completed the last fight then as I wanted to exit the planar to fight Melisan the game tells me I have to first finish other tasks (something like that). What do I need to do????

PS: I'm not sure I understood it right, have you completed the final challenge in the hells? The one where you fight the big huge monster man?

There are two things you need to do.
First, use the edit button put a spoiler tag in the title of your post.

Once you have done that, clear out the five rooms which adjoin your pocket plane.

I completed the final challenge in the planar where I fought the Slayer. I haven't had a battle in the hells. I believe my next challenge is to fight melisan but I'm not sure how to get there.

I have emptied out all 5 rooms

Perhaps it wants you to put a spoiler tag in your title. Seriously, some people might want to find out the plot of the game for themselves without finding out the ending by reading this.
Have you got the official patch? ToB is quite buggy without it. If you do have the official patch and it's still not working, try one of the unofficial patches like Baldurdash.
