Possible Spoiler
- - - - - - - - - - Help! Maevar told me to get a quest from Edwin, which i did which was to kill a guy. I refused and ended up pighting Edwin. He disappeared and i can't find him. I can't complete Renal's Quest without proof and Maevar won;t talk to me until i have finished Edwin's Quest! Any Ideas? |

Look for Edwin on the staircase at the Copper Coronet. I didn't fight him my first time through, but I did refuse to let him in the party and that was where he went.
I did fight him later (because Minsc hated him). We surrounded him on the staircase and Minsc "chunkyfied" him.

You refused and fought Edwin? it means that you're not up to complete Maevar's quest and therefore not the Renal's quest either. If have a save, reload and try again. If not, move on [img]smile.gif[/img]

Hey, look at it this way: If I correcetly assume that your PC is "good" then you role-played the part honestly (which is something you can only truly do the first time around). Now you just have to live with the consequences. Don't reload, just move on.
The next time you play through you'll be able to "rationalize" a way to roleplay a good party that would agree to Edwin's evil quest. You may find quite a few unintended consequences to your roleplaying during the game. Don't worry, whatever you do you'll still be able to finish the game.
