I'm in the planar sphere and i already got the demons heart, when i go to the basement i have to fight Tolgerias, to kill him i need breach, and/or pierce, i have breach but my character who has it is too low to use it, and i used my only scroll on the boss before, are there any other ways to attack someone whos protected against weapons and magic without breach and pierce? or am i stuck? any help would be awesome

You can always attack them with normal, unenchanted weapons. It's impossible for most mages to be protected from both magical & non-magical weapons at the same time. At the very least, you can find some non-magical arrows, bolts, & sling bullets in the first couple of areas you visit.

The other alternative would be to wait it out - Protection from Magic Weapons only lasts 4 rounds. You could send someone in, then turn invisible (or just run around drawing their fire) until the protections wear off, then bring your whole party in to attack.

Use cloudkill, summons and area effect spells.

This is the simplest way to get around pre-cast buffs and protections on your enemy, especially if you don't have Breach or Pierce Magic. Just enter the area where the enemy is, then leave immediately after he/she spots you. Most enemies won't follow you as long as you leave quickly enough - but their protections spells will have already been triggered. So you just leave the game running (don't PAUSE) and hang out for a few minutes. Anywhere from 5-10 minutes (REAL time) should be long enough to get rid of those protections. Then pick a member of your party that can Hide in Shadows or go Invisible and send them back in to check on the enemy. If the protections are still up, they can return to the party without alerting the enemy. If the protections are gone, then IT'S CLOBBERIN TIME!!!!

The simplest tactic is to do something different: if you have Jan (or another mage) cast Improved Invisibility on him, then proceed in the room with Tolgerias and his apprentice. As soon as you enter, Tolgerias will start casting True Sight.. a good opportunity to cast Charm Person (or something) on him. This will most likely work, so empty Tolgerias' nastiest spells on his apprentice and the summons, and then finish him off when the charm has worn off. Dispel Magic works too, but you're probably too low of a level for it to have a chance if you can't cast Breach yet.
