I forget, what are all the occasions of permanent + or - of stats?
I know bg1 has a +1 for each. I dont recall all of bg2's. Including ToB as well if possible.

In BG2, an encounter in a dream causes a -1 in the stat that you chose to lose it in.
In the Abyss (last chapter), you can gain a couple of stats.

In Watcher's Keep, on the 4th level, the machine of Lum the Mad will raise all of your stats by +1.

There are also the manual/tome occasions Lord. I think those are the specific occasions TheGlow is looking for. Then again he could be looking for all occasions of a permanent stat increase. I believe in BG:TotSC there is actually an opportunity to get +2 in wisdom depending on the manner in which you play.

Actually -1 to DEX, CON, INT or WIS.

Good also carries -1 to DEX.

Evil also gives +1 to primary stat.

I would note that the stat bonuses are applied one at a time, and you can choose which party member will recieve each one.

If you have the Improved Hell Trials mod installed, there are also the following stat-adjusting paths:
WRATH TEAR-- Neutral: +3 to INT
FEAR TEAR-- Neutral: +3 to DEX
