Assembled items such as the mask of king strohm, and the symbol of almanauter dissapear upon the gain of the last peice! I do not have a bag of holding, and they are not in possesion of any of my charactors. I've tried putting all the items in one inventory, and spreading them out between the party, all to no avail. As soon as a pick up the last peice, they all dissapear from my inventory, nor does the completed item appear. However, I do receive experience points after picking up the last item. I am stuck! Please help! I did not have this problem the first time I ran through the game.

One the random chance that this is on a new install and maybe you forgot. Did you fully patch the game? Otherwise I'm not familiar with the issue.

Actually, its running under throne of bhaal this time, and it is supposed to include all patches.

You still need to install the ToB Official Patch and the ToB Fixpack, both of which can be found in the sticky at the top of this forum about mods.

Yup, as Lord has stated, ToB still needs the ToB patch, and the ToB fixpack (Baldurdash or otherwise) is advisable.
Also since black isle and interplay are down you need to use the bioware site. Not sure which site icelus has posted in the sticky thread.

Are you sure your inventory isnt full? It might have been dropped automatically because of the lack of space...

How could he be out of space when the 6 pieces of King Strohm's Mask become a single item, and the 3 pieces of the Symbol of Amaunator become 1 item? No, this is a bug, and a nasty one at that.

i think you can loose items if you are hit by a Nishru(i think i dont spell it the right way) i have lost a few after combats with such beasts.
