Im lost! The maze on the 3:rd level of Watchers Keep is bedazzling! I cant seem to find my way here! Is there a method here? Is there any good items I can easily miss here? Going through the game not missing anything so I want it all!

Find yakman's journal, it has directions, albeit cryptic ones, that take you through the maze. People say theres a mistake in it, but if so Im reading it wrong.

Or you can make a diagram. Gamebanshee and so on probably have explicit directions.

If there's a mistake in it, then I've been misreading it in a very luck way.

By the way, Yakman is the strange, yakking creature you meet at the start of the maze.

There is a 'map' of the maze on these forums (use the search function) made by Dundee.

Even with that, I still found the maze to be a total pain in the arse. It would be great to have a shorthand version of the quickest path through the Maze.

e.g. E E N S W S S N N etc etc

Anyone up for making one of these?

Hmmm... IIRC the shorthand should be E E S S S W N N N

I find the best approach is to make your own map. That way, you
a) Don't miss anything,
b) Really understand the place, and
c) Can be glad you didn't have to resort to a walkthrough.

Yakman's journal gives a rather straightforward 'map' of directions. Just follow it and make sure you DO what it says. I personally don't understand people who try to make a map while the directions are just given in the journal

IIRC, you have to follow the madman Yakman when he runs away from you at the start of the maze. If you didn't, I suppose you'll get to his room eventually.

Perhaps because the path given in the journal does not cover the entire level, nor does it show the quickest path from Point A to Point B. My map (which, IMHO, is better than Dundee's or GameBanshee's) does both of these things.
