Seeking "Bag of Holding" ???

I've been told of a "Bag of Holding" or "Bag of Carrying" or something like that but I can't purchase it anywhere. IS it something I'll have to find along the way or can I definately buy it somewhere?

Keep playing the game, and (unless you're blind and/or don't like searching) you will find it.

Much later on in the game (in the ToB expansion, to be exact) you can buy another.

Until you get a Bag, you'll have to be content with the numerous Gem Bags, Scroll Cases, etc.

You will find it in a room of the Bodhi Maze part 1 of the Spellhold Asylum. I believe there is a golem in the room guarding it, and it should be in an unlocked case. Good luck, its handy.

I'm not sure if this item came from the items upgrade mod or not, but the winter pelt (obtained from killing the Beastmaster in the Copper Coronet) can hold 10 items. I dunno if that's from the upgrade or not, however.

Don't be put off searching by the countless items you will find in the maze like jug's of water or skull's. It'll be there.

Well....not really. Rage oozes from my armpits, not my ears.

I am a bit annoyed that a spoiler was given to someone who appears to be on their first trip through the game, and that my 'spoiler-free' answer was deemed insufficient....but then SKT did ask for the info, and it's not like he wasn't going to find the Bag anyway. Besides, Brainless One did include a Spoiler tag, and SKT hasn't responded since the spoiler as given, so it's possible he/she never saw it at all.

Thx guys......I will certainly find it. This is my first journey into the world of Baldur's Gate and I am experienceing what you guys would all be very familiar to, a mix of ogre strength frustration and dryad like peace and joy when completeing quests.
