Cleaning up...(plot spoilers)

.. before I head to Suldanesselar. I'm just walking around Athkatla going in available doors(this is how I found Kangaxx) and I entered an area called a "guarded compound" in the Temple district. Inside this building you meet a guy called Sion, who sez to leave or face the consequences. Well,,,, I didn't, he did attack. I kicked booty on the first floor, then kicked booty on the second floor. I am assuming this guy(Sion) is tied to a quest I don't have, Is this true? Or is he just a random encounter tied to a building?

Im not sure but what I have read from other posts about this I think its an quest that they didnt have time to finnish.

Er, no thats the "high level" encounter you do to get Celestial Fury.

but it isnt a formal quest...but it has something to do with a certain organisation which is pretty badass!

It is connected to the twisted rune.
Highly recommended quest, probably unfinished buisness mode does it a real quest.

I have heard a little about the twisted rune while reading search function returns. What is it? How do you get that quest?

I belive you msut have an rouge stone and walk through a dorr in the bridge disrtict is it not?

just to clarify, the twisted rune has nothing to do with any quest. it might have had, if the makers had had more time...rumors are, that it was going to be one of the biggest, if not the biggest quest, aside from the main quest. You do get a sweet staff from the encounter, and the encounter is moderately challenging, at least for the first time. Calsiumus has already stated that you need a rogue stone to pass through the door in the bridge district, so i wont have to tell you that

That would be cool wonder if theres any one out there who is good on making mods who might make somthing out of this.
