I've attempted several times to download the patches to BGI and TotSC. I always get a "This page cannot be displayed" message. I installed an FTP client, and looked at the Interplay site, and all the files were 84 bits, and I downloaded the files specified, but they were only 84 bits long, and not much good. What am I doing wrong? By the way, I installed both BGI and TotSC at the same time. One patch says that it's for BGI only, and the other for TotSC only. Which one do I want?

With the Bioware site you do nothing wrong. I tried o Sunday to download the patches for SoA and ToB anbd the bioware site was dead.
You can try this site (http://www.patches-scrolls.de/), but on sunday they had no available ftp-server. Otherwise try some of the mirror sites on the Bioware page. I normally install BG, then the patch, then ToSC and then the ToSC-patch. |
