Any Thief Mods?

I want to get a thief into my (good) party, and I currently have Imoen as my thief after losing Yoshimo. However, I don't want Imoen in my group for a few reasons: I've gone through the game with her many times, I already have to other spell casters besides her, and she doesn't get any ToB thief HLAs. Is there a mod I can download that will add a good thief to the game that can join my party? I searched a bit but didn't find anything.

Not exactly--the last post on that thread was about a week and a half ago. But it's a valid point. Try browsing the recent threads or searching the archives before asking your question. If you can't find a definite answer, you might find other opinions or points.

I've always thought it would be cool to have Saloufein as a thief, so I installed the Salo mod. I know he's a fighter/mage, so when I get out of the Underdark and get him into my party, I'm gonna use SK to just change him around to a thief. BTW, does anyone know if this will cause any problems in the game, or will everything work fine?

The thing I have about SKing a character's class is that NPCs have certain classes for a reason. (There was a Viconia SKing trend a couple months back--seemed like everyone wanted promiscuous Drow goodness but with something other than a nonkitted cleric.) From what I know about Solaufein, he's a fighter/mage for a reason, and from what I know about the drow, there are few true rogues and bards. Why steal and sneak when you can just kill and take?

If you're hankering for a thief, why not pick up Jan? In ToB, he'll be a force to be reckoned with, what with those thief and mage abilities. Or drop one of your party members for a multiplayer-created thief? But if you use Shadowkeeper to play with Sola, just remember you're doing something that the game didn't intend to have happen. So don't be surprised if something goes wrong.

Ctrl+Q
will provide you with Artemis Entreri, a kickass assassin.
As he is hostile at first you need to take his first blow and then Ctrl+Q him to your party. He even has his own soundset and (according to rumors) even party banter.
You might want to SKeep him a nice picture however, as he only has the ? thing.
Alternatively do the following:
Copy you savegame to the Multiplayer folder - Open it as multiplayer game and create another thief who is to your liking. Save and copy the game back to the normal savegame folder.

There is Silver Star IIRC. Neutral Evil Assasain IIRC. Check Weimer`s site.

You know what we forgot..??? VALAN DUH sorry forgot about her, not only is she a decent theif she is a great fighter.
