I have the 2.05 edition of Tashia with a party consited of an evil archerer and an evil valen(DUH)...but when i ask to her to join me she says no i wanna stay here!?!?!?! Is there some quest i must preform for her in order to get her???

Yes, Kelsey will join an evil party, although there are some things he doesn't like, namely stealing.
