I'm in Firekrag's dungeon (Windspear Hills), but can't find him! I've searched seemingly everywhere.

I trust it you've been past the guardian and assembled King Strohm's mask and all? If not you need to do that. Otherwise...
SPOILER! ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ His entrance is in the north by northeast section of the dungeon. It's a big entrance, one you might not expect. Try moving your cursor over the map and watch closely as it changes.

I've assembled the mask and beaten Samia and cronies. Is the entrance past the area where I find the dragon shield & sword? Haven't found any actual dragon or prison cell yet!

Make sure you've checked all the walls. Some of the doors don't look like doors as I recall. Also at the UHS site I'm sure they have a map. Not 100% positive though since I haven't been there in some time.

you could also hit Ctrl+4 if you've enabled your CLUA console or whatever. It turns all exits blue on your screen.
