Where *is* Kelsey?

I know he`s in the Goverment District but o couldn`t find him.
So where is he?

He is near the Firecam (sp?) Estate-Keldorn's home. He will approach you automatically.

Argh. You know the stairs west of Viconia and the mob? The ones heading to the Firecam Estate? He should be standing at the foot of those stairs. Once you go down, he will approach you. If not, something is wrong [img]smile.gif[/img]

Maybe it`as becuase i have Kelsey ToB and not Kelsey SoA?

Hmm,weird. I already re-installed it but still nothing...

ADD]Altough I can summon him in ToB with the Fate Spirit statue.

You must install both versions.
