YOu know that subquest where you go into the Cloudpeak Mountains and you find that pass, Araval or whatever its called. YOu meet the elven guide and he takes you to this ruined city where you have to slay this possed Elf? And you getthe spell that makes Bulbor Sterile?

Okay, I had a cleric/mage, level 6/8 and I thought that would be enough to cast the spell...I mean its only a scroll anyways, its not like he has to memorize it or anything. But when I went to cast the spell Lethor turned into cat. Now I don't know what that means, or why that would happen, infact, it just seems silly. Does anyone know how to use the Scrool of Sterility?

Yep, you're right, Brass, I AM barmy.

Just for the heck of it, I briefly surrendered my keyboard to Matt, who knows nothing about Baldur's Gate, except that I gave him the name Cloudpeak Mountains. (The spelling errors might have given you a hint it wasn't me

)Interesting subquest he came up with, though. Reminds of the Melicamp quest. I'm wondering why you would want to sterilize Bulbor in the first place.....is this Araval Pass becoming overrun with his kids or something?

I decided it was better that Matt's post be a new thread, so we wouldn't mess with the mind of a newbie who needed help. Ertai, you can go ahead and delete it if you want, it was just for fun. Kinda interesting though.

You don't need that scroll. Just put a picture of my face in front of you and you'll never get ANYONE to mate with you. If you want to cast it on someone else, just cast programed illusion on his face so that everytime a female comes within range, my face pops up. More sterility than you can handle. You may want to put audible glammor in ther as well, it happens over the phone too.

I dont think it was a good idea Six. This is intended to be a BG forum, and contain questions & topics about the game, for fantasy stuff go to GD

. This thread isnt really dangerous or something, im closing it just because it isnt really BG. Im not trying to ban any fun from here, id never do that, but for funny non-BG topics, you have the General Discussions forums.
