Dialogue Bug

Anybody ever had this happen to them? I have my mods installed as I have before (except now I have XP instead of ME), but in the beginning of the game, a random amount of people cannot initiate dialogue because "They appear to be busy." Don't ask about the patch, I have ToB installed so it says I don't need the patch.

Any advice would be helpful, thanks.

XP seems to dislike BG2 for me too. A 2GHz comp with 512 MB RAM and a GForce Ti4200 and it chugs under the likes of Mencar Pebblecrusher.

Have you got the fixed dialogue.tlk from Baldurdash? Which specific people won't talk? Sometimes WEIDU mods do have order issues...

The link isn't coming through for me Moose, thanks anyway though. It's random people, in my first game the woman inside the circus tent talked to me, but in a new game, she wouldn't. It may be SoS, so I've uninstalled it and I'll see if that was the problem.

You do NEED a patch.
