What Mod Is This From?

The timing of this encounter and Tashia's dialogue trigger is severely screwing up my character's movement (it's being cut off for some reason). There are two dwarves grabbing a little girl's blanket and I intervene and stop them, so what mod is this encounter from so I can get rid of it?
