Sundellasella problem

I am having some problems with my BGII. Bohdi is dead, I just need to go to sundellasella (spelled wrong I am sorry) and from there I know what to do. Here is the problem. AFter I return the item to the Elf, he sends me to the three forests on the map. Tethril forest (something like that), the north and the pass I have completed them and now I can't find the place for Sundella... etc. Has anyone seen this problem? ALso how do I fix it, do I need a patch. Also I have a glith on the map at the same time. There is a duplicate location icon on my main map, It is the picture of the giant fish head for those fish people after the boat gets sunk. I have the right one on the water, but another one is on the land just south of Baldurs Gate, if I put my mouse over it spins. If I click on it the program kicks me out.

I am not very clear on your situation. Here is the step by step scenerio that should have happened. Tell me where it went wrong.

1) Elhan tells you to find the Lanthorn.

2) You defeat Bodhi and retrieve the Lanthorn.

3) You give the Lanthorn to Elhan.

4) Elhan teleports you to a tree and tells you he is going to teleport you to Suldanessalar.

5) You end up in Suldanessalar.

if you havent given the lanthorn to elhan yet, do so. after that you will be teleported by elhan to the entrance of suldanesselar. if that doesnt happen, download the official patch, then download the baldurdash fix pack for shadows of amn(or throne of bhaal, if you have it).

There is no Baldur's Gate in Baldur's Gate 2. Yes, I know, it is absurd. Did you mean Athkatla? Anyway, it doesn't matter - it's just a glitch, don't click on it.
And, yes, you do need the patch.

As Dundee said .. you should give Bodhi another visit. The three extra wilderness areas are just added for fun ( though there isnt a lot to do ).

from what i remember, after you give back the lanthorn, you are teleported to the northeast section of a map. elhan says he's going in and teleports himself. all you have to do it click on the border of the map to leave the area(pretty much where a tree is in front of you).
