Question Mark

Well, the demi gorgan is chewing me up.
I went through WK and then left the area - when I returned the old boy was on the loose along with two other creatures that poison my troops on contact!

I have not gone to spellhold yet. Here is my party:

Undead Hunter lv 16 using Crom Faeyr
Aerie is Lv 13
Bounty Hunter Lv 19
Jaheira is Lv 13
Cleric Lv 10
Keldorn Lv 12 using Carsomyr +5

bow to the meow

Only advice I could offer would be to level up more. I waited until I was in TOB(probably too long) for the last level of WK. I think my party was in the mid 20 levels. Even with the improved Demogorgon it was too easy. One reload. I think it would be pretty tough at your levels but maybe not since you've made it that far. Come to think of it, how could your cleric only be level 10 after going through the first four levels, there's boatloads of experience. Anyway maybe someone else would have a good approximation of what level to take on the Prince of Demons.

There has actually been someone who went straight to WK after Irenicus' dungeon. I'm not sure if he managed to defeat that rather hard group of enemies that spawn when opening the seal though ...

Anywayz, If you managed to defeat all the enemies that appeared when you opened the seals, theoretically you should be able to deal with Demogorgon too.

A few pointers:

Have your cleric load up on buffs/protections (death-ward and the like )
buy green scrolls/potions of element protection if necessary.
Go to the sewers under the temple district, buy the potions that make you immune to magic damage and
the potions that give a 100% chance of making every savingthrow

Demogorgon (without the improved-patch) is immuned to lvl 5 spells and lower.
Breach does still work, have breach and wands that cast breach ready, because you dont want to waste time eating through his stoneskins.

Improved Demogorgon is Immuned to lvl 6 and lower .. both version are unaffected by Lower magic Resistance. You'll need higher lvl spells that lower magic resistance ( pierce shield, lvl 8 IIRC )

Haste/improved haste and lower the THAC0 of anyone capable of hitting demogorgon.

Lastly.. click the search option and type " demogorgon " , read up on all the tactics and such

A question: How can you have Crom Faeyr if you haven't been to Spellhold?

well after about four hours - I give up. Even if I hit it - its all no effect. The most I have ever done is weaken onreof its minions and then it heals itself.
