is ther eanyway to gain alot of cash really quick? at the end of the game all i had was puny 30.000 and i want somethings that cost up to 20k.

Did you get stuff in houses? I know by the end of my game, I could buy whatever I wanted, with money to spare.

The problem probably is your reputation/charisma. I think any heroic party with paladin (Ajantis for example)+cloak of Nymph(or Algernon) can finish BG with more than 100000 cash (almost 200000 with ToSC). I payed only 2 times higher price than 10000 in the whole game: robe of good wizard and ring of invisibility.
