Well... you might as well. It is worth some XP, and XP is always welcomed in the game when you have a party.

... and also some money. And also some items. So that, yes, it's worth it. But beware. If you are about to side with Bodhi then you should meet Bodhi first. A bug in the game may prevent you from meeting Bodhi if you investigate the Graveyard before talking with her. There sould be a patch somewhere fixing it. AFAIK, if you are siding with Aran then the bug cannot reveal itself.

Beware! With out mentioning any spoilers, make sure you have a means of level restoration if you start this quest, or, negative plane protection.

Get back, Spoiler!
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * You might wanna pack some spells and items that will knock the crappachino out of the Undead and some spells that are very effective against humans (or bring along a baseball bat, a bucket of boiling hot Wang-Fouy sauce or a crowbar ) Just remember: There's a lotta traps where you have to go to get the book. It's not there but you have to go anyway. Then, you have to go to Pilmco's House in the Temple District and after that, the rooftop of the Copper Cornet in the Slums. Here, you will get to do the "Whackmiester Roundabout" To put it into English, you'll have to kill Shagbag and his friends. One of them is a cleric so be careful. After they're all on the floor, beckoning for their mammas and bleeding from places they didn't know they had, search the bloody corpses for the book of Kaza. It's the one that doesn't look normal. This book can be sold for a random amount. |
