Inside the .bif files, although a few of them are probably in the override folder, especialy if you have baldurdash installed. You can access the .bif files with a variety of tool, mostly from www.teambg.com

Infinity Explorer is great for only viewing all the different files. If you want to edit them, though, you'll need a program like Near Infinity.
