what does it do?
all it says is ''effect: deathspell'' it doesnt do death anything tho i got it offa the formerly imprisoned mage in the underdark

Wear it and click on your "Use Item" icon. F8 is the shortcut key IIRC. Once a day, you can cast Death Spell as per the Wizard spell.
