Is TDD compatibile with Tctics Mod

i jsut arrived in Athkatla and i have this Q:
if i install Tactic mod now,will it work or i am gonna be forced to start a new game(I REALLY HATE THOSE SHADOW THIEFS) AND IYLLICH IS FOR A PLANWALKER THIEF AND THAT STAGE OF THE GAME WAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY TOOOOOOOO PPPPPPOOOOOOOOWWWWWEEEEEERRFFFFFFFUULLLLLLL!!!!!!! !!!!1

Not that I see how this is connected to TDD, but yes, you can install it now, and play with the changes without starting a new game.

Tip: You can install Tactics without installing the Improved Illyich.

Btw, the LotR-line is actually:
One ring to rule them all,
One ring to find them
One ring to bring them all,
And in the darkness, bind them
