I have a question for the group. It frustrates me to no end when I can't initiate dialogue with a character. It impedes progress of the game when you are sent to talk to someone who appears too busy to talk. I can usually get around the problem if I sleep or leave the room and return, but sometimes it takes many attempts to talk to a character. Please help.

Install the official patch...
I do not understand. Why is it that as soon as people get some bugs in a game, instead of looking for a patch, they run to the closest possible message board? No offense intended, I am just curious.
