HELP! Waypoint/Pathfinding Problems! HELP!

Something is wrong with my characters. At first it was just one of them, but now two are doing it. And I fear it will spread. I'm just about to leave the underdark, and this didn't happen until about halfway through. All of my characters are created by myself. Anyway, when I clear an area, or I travel, I generlly select my party, click where I want them to go, and let them go (even if I'm sending them half way across the map). At first, everyone would go where I clicked. Then Everyone but my sorcerer would walk to where I sent them the sorcerer would stop about half way there. SHe would just stop. And when she walks, she walks a few steps, then stops. then repeats. Now my priest does it too. she stops half way. And when I click on them and make them walk to the rest of the group, they stop as soon as they get near them, not where their waypoints are. Does anybody know what is wrong?

It's a drow avatar problem. Download the latest patches and the Baldurdash fixpack.

also if you have any mods remove them, i had this problem and removed and reinstalled my mods and it fixed it.

I do have the latest pathes downloaded, but no Baldurdash fixpack.

I have the XP Cap remover as a mod, but I'm not sure if I installed it right, or how to uninstall and then reinstall it.

I don't think the xp cap remover would effect that
I'd grab the fix pack and see if it helps

As an alternative, you can d/l and install the "No Drow Avatar" portion of the WeiDU "Ease-of-Use" mod to remove the drow avatars entirely.
