Like they said, the belt vendor is in Trademeet, but only after the economy of the town is restored. From my notes: "Merchant" (x=1691, y=2833) sells some unusual items: Dwarven Thrower (War Hammer +3), Ras (Long Sword +2), Blackblood (Club +3), Tansheron's Bow (Short Bow +3), Martial Staff (Quarterstaff +3), a Staff of Striking, Cloak of Displacement, and Belt of Inertial Barrier. -Lem |

Make sure you hit EVERY Merchant; There's a lot of good stuff in Trademeet. I can think of at least 3 worthwhile items, apart from what Lemmy mentioned.
I like the Spoiler icon, by the way. Perhaps one for Spoiler requests, and another for the Spoilers themselves?
