now that i am a mage level 36 iin Soa i have alredy reached 8000000 xp points so now i cant level up...i downloaded xp from TeamBg level 50 but i still cant level up

Have you installed it as well? It should come as a .zip, so after downloading it, you must Unzip it to the override-folder.
 You probably have done this already, so if it doesn't work, try asking at the TeamBG-forums.
