Reps. Paul and Frank To Decrminalize Marijuana
It's true--Ron Paul and Barney Frank are going to co-sponsor a bill that will essentially end Federal crimes related to growing or distributing marijuana.
I have to admit that I didn't see this one coming so soon; I figured this was a few more years away. I also didn't expect those two to jointly support anything. Apparently I can still be surprised from time to time.

I could have guessed those 2 would support such a measure. Paul because he doesn't think we need government babysitting. Frank probably just wants to smoke up.
