Out of the 3 Elementals in the game (didnt include water elementals by the looks of it) which one is most powerful ? Air, Earth or Fire (or water if it was included) ? or Does each type have its own speciality ? Like Earth types can't be hert by electric attacks ect. ?

All elementals are immune to normal weapons, and I think you need a +2 or better to hit them. I don't know which is the best elemental though.

+2, no way!
That would make them almost immortal and they most definatly are not. There are a lot better summoning spells then summon elemental, like eariel servant or Morodains sword. |

maybe it was +1 I don't remember.
Yes there are a lot better summoning spells, but the discussion was on elementals. ------------------ Hmmmmmm...Yes, that must be it [This message has been edited by el_kalkylus (edited 04-05-2001).] |

I sent an Earth Elemental(full grown one)to sort out the Halfling warriors and mage in the Planar Sphere, and after a while i wasn't sure what had happened so i had a look and the Elemental had wasted them all and was standing there totally unharmed,so i'll bet on the Earth elemental.

I think so too. It is a level 8 spell (right?), while the other elemental spells are lower.

Only for the Druid. The Fire Elemental is immune to fire and gives extra fire damage with an attack, but I think the Earth one dishes more damage. Air elementals have that silly whirlwind thing that does bugger all
Lesser Elementals +1 weapons, Greater +2 I believe wasn't in BG2 |
