Well I was wondering anyone knew if the HADB forums had been closed.

Personally I wasn't told of any such decision. The forums are probably down as it usually happens from time to time.

It's a standard "the page cannot be displayed" message, so it seems... If they were closed down, you'd probably get a message saying so. Though this just indicates the host has some trouble at the moment; nothing to worry about, though. Downtime is not too uncommon when you're using a free xsorbit account.
