Where can I get the vintage brandy that Rlallen Hlallo left behind when he died?

Anyone know where one can buy some vintage brandy? My friend accidently sold his brandy before he knew about the quest and know can't find where he sold it... that's if he sold it. Does anyone know where he can purchase some of that fine vintage brandy?

IIRC you can also find some in Tel Vos (not Vos, the Telvani castle on the hill).
