If you knew (informed by God, Buddha, whatever) that if you killed your parents, there would never be another war ever again -- would you do it?

Nope, I rather die a hundred times then kill thoose of my blood, and I rather kill the world then kill the ones I love.. Even for a purpose of a higher ideal, killing i wrong and if I believed in god, how could I ever justify killing???

No. Too awful to think about. I am a pacifist which means I just can't kill anyway. Not in RL. (and I don't even like my parents )

Well, I wouldn't, war does have SOME benefits, quite a few technological advancements are made because of wars, we lose some of our overpopulation, the various industries get some more work to do making weapons and vehicles.

Well, my dad passed away last year...if he were living I would have to say no!
My mother, however, is just longing to be sent back to hell!

Ready for peace people?

Well, I would do it. What do me and my family weight against the zillions of people in the world, present and future ? And I LOVE my parents. I would kill myself along anyway.

However, if whatever God was such minded as to put this on me, I would rather go to Hell forever after, than meet him ever again.

Really good question... and a tough one.

Killing your own parents to prevent future wars...
My question in return would be, how does one relate to the other? How would killing your parents prevent war? And how do you prevent free will with the planet?

Now if killing myself would prevent war... the above would apply... but the answer would be easier. (I think) Too much to boggle my brain with.
