Well we finally have a governor. He won by JUST 42 votes after a recount. IMO we should do the same in the national election. Wait until ALL votes are counted and not just assume majority of votes are in and declare a winner.

Then it is indeed fortunate that all votes were counted in the recent national election (well, not the absentee votes, but those are always counted later).
