Since I've bought my computer I've been running it in 800x600, 16bit resolution. Today I decided to put it up to 1024x768 and I find that it does not keep everything in the screen but instead I have to move my mouse to the edge of the desktop and then it begins to scroll the screen across. This will happen for all four sides of the screen. I am using a laptop so there shouldn't be any problems that I can think of and I've tried re-instaling drivers to no avail. If anyone can help me fix this problem and keep the resolution at 1024x768 I would really appreciate it.

Well i'm not shure about a laptop but you might be able to adjust the screen properties, ie dementions, contrast ect. and shrink it so you don't have to go off the screen to get the icons and it will probably stay as a higher resolution.
