Trillian is a messanger program that ties them all together. Trillian can access MSN, AIM, ICQ and the rest so you only have to have one program running and you can access all of the other services.Click here

I've heard about Trillian, but I havent bothered to get it yet because I normally have AIM,MSN and ICQ all going at the same time, and have no problems with that.
