Can't level up

Hi,

Could anyone tell me why I might not be leveling up? I'm still on level one, and when I check to see how much further I have to go it says I'm at 13/10. I assumed that when you got to ten you leveled up. Going up one level for every 10 point increases in your major and minor skills. So....what am I doing wrong?

Have you rested? You have to rest before you hit the next level.

You need to rest/sleep even if it's only one hour. You may have noticed that whenever a skill goes up now it sais you should nmeditate on what you have learned? That means you need to rest for your lvl.
