Allright, up to 27th level now
ive come to some realizations that ill share with you 1) dont bother with mercantilism, theres a creep in caldera who will buy and sell things back to you at their actual value regardless of your skill level 2) get soul gems and the ability to cast soul steal spell, sell these gems back to that creep, common gems with bonelords and such will deposit a 4k value onto the gem, other gems like grand gem etc can range up to 60k or so (highest i seen so far) 3) all first characters should have acrobatics and arobits as primary skills, theyre invaluable 4) as far as ive seen, there is an unlimited supply of money, so it doesnt really matter what your profession is you can master all of the skills untill it meets your statistic just buy trainign at trainers; the only limitation for them to stop there being a character who is a master of all trades (as opposed to a jack) would be if there is a level limit (not sure if there is one) 5) quests are very annoying sometimes because theyll want you to go to places and meet people or whatnot and youve never been to said place before, so you just havta wander aimlessly till you find it; can take fooorrrreeevver just to find it Questions... 1) how to remove spells from your book? i only bought some of them so that i could use them on enchanted rings and such so i no longer need it cluttering my book. 2) why do imperial chainmail greaves have more armor class than imperial chainmail cuiress? infact, it has more armor value than bonemail which as far as im aware is the next up. i think only orcish and dragonscale might beat it, but ive not found greaves for them yet only breastplates. |

You wouldn't happen to remember the guy in Caldera that sells and buys at listed price would you? I don't remember running into someone like that there. That would be a great help.

I did try rechecking over there, but they were offline when I looked for them (it's an hour later now, and they are still kaput). - - The K. * [ 05-08-2002, 02:03 AM: Message edited by: The Kiwi ]

Hmmm, no luck finding him. Is he in Caldera, or Ald'Ruhn a little to the north??
Oh well. |
