now I am of the sect of serpent temple. What's happens if I going out of sect (killing sombody of the sect). I cannot go in any secret room or similar thing?

I came in guns blazing and killed everything in my line of sight including torturors, wizards, snakes, nagas ... everything. With this in mind, I don't think you'll be messing anything up by running a few snakemen through. Kill everything, ask questions later. DON'T DO THIS ALWAYS, HOWEVER as you can really ■■■■ yourself later in the game (hehe).
