Can't find key

In dungeon before you fight Shadow Dragon,there's 2 doors i can't open,anyone know where the special key is ?

One of the shadow doors is unopenable, to open the final door before the shadow dragon you have to find the three pieces of the key, have you answered the talking head's riddles?

Yes , Ihave the complete plate/symbol thing,killed Shadow Dragon,went back,can't unlock it? I think symbol is to dispel shadow door,not for the other 2 doors at beginning of dungeon !

Also , when i came in level,found bones of baby or something,shadow things asked for them & left,now i need them for blazing eye statue,can i get them back,maybe thats where i get key ?

There are 3 shadow doors, and there are ONLY 2 sun gems, so one of them (the 2nd) is not meant to be opened since there is a short cut around the lava pit. As for the statue, no, you do not put the bones there and giving the bones to the ghost is the only real choice you have....unless you like collecting bones.....

Sorry,your misunderstanding me,there are two regular doors that need a special key(can't be picked)i need to find key for those,not the shadow doors!

You mean the door in the corridor that lead to the statue that ask you questions on the ritual?

There should be a shadow there that when you kill it, it will drop the keys (jail keys) that will open those two doors. But the key might have disappear if you did not pick it up in the first time and left on the ground for too long. BTW, if you insist on getting in there, enable the in-game cheat and [ctrl] + [J] you character in there (and then out), that's where the Shade Lord held Mazzy hostage.
