find heart for lavok-spoiler

I have spoken to Lavok and he asked me to find a heart and place it in the golem. Where do I get a "heart" from. He said outside. Does he mean outside of the room where he is, somewhere inside the shpere or does he mean completely outside the entire thing?

Outside the entire thing. Go out the way you came in to the sphere initially. You'll be on another plane.

You won't be in Athkatla anymore. The sphere has gone to another plane. Just go out and see, and just kill anything you see
