Finished, question on the alliance(s)

So when I got the T'Rang and Umpani to unite both told me they'd meet us on Ascension Peak ... so W(here)TF were they? [img]smile.gif[/img]

I expected to see them when I came across the Rapax army with the Prince and that other female but nope, there was just us and them. I never saw Z'Ant or Yamir after leaving them in their respective headquarters.

Is there something I've missed in all this?

Only a couple of dead bodies on the ground somewhere on your trek through Ascension Peak, or so someone else said once.
I never saw them and don't know of anyone else who has either.

I guess they just couldn't find a way past the landslide. Neither the T'rang nor the Umpani ever showed up for me in any game, either.

As to the bodies, they appear only if you don't rescue Rodan and Drazic at the Away Camp.

Weird thing about that landslide, you can climb over it from the Peak side to do some more Rapax stomping [img]smile.gif[/img]

I saw the bodies myself all over the area near the Rapax (and a couple of other places) and I completed the Alliance quest. Was there somplace in particular that you encountered bodies that were obviously Yamir/Z'ant?

Actually, I was going by a post in a different topic that I'd read some time back. That person hadn't done the Alliance quest, and mentioned finding a pair of bodies at the Peak.

Odd thing, I've never come across any bodies on the Peak myself (except those I leave in my wake, of course ). Perhaps the bodies are the remains of T'Rang and Umpani forces?

That was what I assumed. But I saw them all over the place - near the Rapax in a cave (you can pillage the dead bodies) and there was one on a rock shelf in the middle of that pool where the slimes can bw found. There are probably others but those are the only two places I definitely remember seeing them.
