Help! Damn Brimstone Dragon, or whatever it is

I go into the place with the dipository box, turn the corner and there is a dragon that breathes fire, How do I get past it? I walk towards it, but I get stopped? I dont see whats preventing me from going up there? HELP

In Dragonspire right?

There is quest you get from the townhall to turn this thing off.

This normally requires some type of protection on your lead character from fire (Dragon Plate Armor from the Stout Mines is usually the choice wear through here).

Turning it off for me required staying to the left as I pushed as far forward as possible and getting the lever behind it in my cursor and clicking on it (like I was reaching for it).
My party slipped right by the death trap at that point in time and flipping the lever once we were on the other side, we shut it down completely.

Moni, already accepted the quest, but still, it seems like my group keeps getting stuck trying to walk up to the dragon.
I tried running, jumping, walking backwards, even tried to Strafe (sideways) Is there still something I need to do? He's not even breathing fire at me anymore. I guess he got tired of me lol

Awwww! LOL! Were you able to get your cursor on the lever behind him (toward the left side) and click on it?

Did you get credit for the quest after he stopped working?!?!?!

I don't have any more suggestions as to how to get around it!!!! Maybe Xignal76's site has the answer to your dilema...sorry i could not be of any more help!
