Water Breathing Equipment?

Howdy All,

Took a break from this game (can you imagine,) and now am ready to finish it off, but need a little help remembering where I get the underwater breathing equipment. Just finished Egypt like tomb/crypt (whatever,) and am now headed for underwater area, however, I think I need the breathing equip. first. If I remember correctly the dude in town will make this for me if I get him the shells?? If this is correct where are the crabs? I've only run into a handfull and only one of them left a shell for me.

The guy from whom you purchased your boat will make breathing equipment for you.
Collect crab shells - the best way I found to do this was to sail around close to shore and when my scout said there were crabs about to jump in the water and find them. Some people have also used pickpocket on the crabs!

the shipyard in brimloch sells the equipment when you bring him 3 shells at a time. the crabs are in the sea, and its quicker to swim underwater for them.
