What are domain spells?

There are 9 cleric domains that are accosiated with specific D&D dieties. Each of these domains has a small set of spells associated with it, usually 2 spells per spell level and you get to memorize 1 of them per spell level. The domain spells tend to match up with the specific nature of that cleric's diety. For example, clerics of Lathander are strong on fire spells and clerics of Talos are strong on lightning spells.
